Do you accept credit cards?We do accept all major credit cards at both the front door and in concession. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex with no additional fees or charges. We also accept cash.

Do I have to pay admission to watch my child skate?We do NOT charge admission for ADULTS that are not going to skate. We DO however charge admission for anyone under the age of 18 whether they skate or not. We do not charge admission for infants that are unable to walk/skate.

What age can I drop off my child to skate without an adult?We do not have a set age limit. However we ask that your child be able to at least tell us your full name, phone number and address in case there is an emergency. We do reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest, including children, we deem unfit to attend alone, when a child has broken our facility rules and/or has been disrespectful to staff or other patrons.

Can I bring in my own food or drinks?We do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought in our building including bottled water. The exception to this is if you have booked an event that allows for outside food or drink such as birthday parties. We only allow cake, cupcakes, and or ice cream for booked birthday parties unless you have paid the additional fee for other food and drink.

Can I leave and come back during a session without being charged admission again?We only allow ADULTS to enter and exit the building during a session and not pay admission to re-enter the building. If you have a special need or request please let the person at the front door know before exiting if you intend to re-enter during that session.

Can I get a refund if I decide to leave early?We do not provide refunds for any open session admission, any skate rental or any skate mate rental.

What food and drink can I bring in for my birthday party?The package(s) only allows for you to bring in cake, cupcakes, and or ice cream. No additional food or drink may be brought in to the facility. There is an option to add on the ability to bring additional food or drinks. You must call us to plan and pay for this in advance.

Can I have a birthday party for multiple children at once?We do allow for additional birthday guests of honor however there is charge of $12 for this option. You can select this option when booking. The additional guest of honor will be announced and get the additional items for the guest of honor in the package selected.

How much do I have to pay to book/reserve a party?We require a deposit of half down to secure your party booking.

How far in advance do I have to book my party?For Open Session birthday parties we ask you book at least 48 hours in advance. For Private Birthday parties they must be booked a week in advance. However we do fill up time slots fast so in the summer we recommend that you book at least 2-3 weeks in advance and in the winter 4-5 weeks in advance to have the best shot at getting the time and date you want.

If my child is invited to a birthday party do I have to pay admission to attend?If you are invited to party during OPEN session we do NOT charge admission for ADULTS that are not going to skate. We DO however charge admission for anyone under the age of 18 whether they skate or not. Therefore if siblings attend that are not including on the guest list they will need to pay admission upon entering the building. For PRIVATE birthday parties no guests have to pay admission including siblings as long as the party host allows them to attend. We do not charge admission for infants that are unable to walk/skate.

What is the deposit refund policy for birthday parties?If you cancel a party two weeks in advance you will receive your full deposit back. If you book within two weeks of the event you will not receive your deposit back, however if you reschedule within 30 days you will be able to transfer the deposit to the rescheduled event.

Can I cancel or reschedule my party if there is bad weather?If there is bad weather impacting safe travel we will allow you to reschedule the party and not lose your deposit. We ask that this decision be made at least two hours prior to the start of the event. We do not close unless Fayette County is under a level 3 snow emergency. We often will make contact with you in advance when we know inclement weather is approaching to discuss options for the upcoming party.
